SafeRide Health is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. This position involves managing inbound and some outbound calls, primarily focused on collecting and entering detailed trip information to arrange non-emergency medical transportation for both urgent and non-urgent medical appointments. Additionally, the role includes addressing member inquiries and processing complaints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls from members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans.
  • Accurately document ride details to ensure successful transportation outcomes.
  • Verify member eligibility.
  • Respond to member inquiries regarding transportation services.
  • Assess and identify additional needs of members.
  • Document member concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve real-time issues promptly.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in Mandarin (verbal) is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a high-volume inbound call center environment.

Remote Work Requirements
  • A well-lit, dedicated, and quiet workspace free from interruptions.
  • A notebook or desktop computer with a minimum processing speed of 1.6 GHz and 16 GB of usable RAM.
  • High-speed broadband service (wired only) with a minimum of 150 Mbps for dedicated use or 300 Mbps for shared use (having a backup internet provider is advantageous).
