Job Summary

We are seeking a Global Early Career Talent Development Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive early career development programs that support the growth and success of our early career professionals. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs, mentoring, and career development opportunities that align with our company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement early career development programs that support the growth and success of our early career professionals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs, mentoring, and career development opportunities.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of early career development programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including early career professionals, managers, and HR business partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in early career development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful early career development programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
