This role is part of our Advanced Safety & User Experience segment, where we develop cutting-edge advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) that enhance vehicle safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and maintain the Scrum Team Backlog, planning and prioritizing tasks
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers for the assigned scrum team/product
  • Define the team's specific objectives for the upcoming sprint/program increment
  • Set the Definition of Done (DoD) and accept or reject stories based on the DoD
  • Participate in the development of acceptance criteria for features
  • Protect the long-term technical integrity of the feature/product
  • Coordinate content dependencies with other PO's and all relevant stakeholders
  • Responsible for the quality of the feature/product/component
  • Plan and coordinate software development activities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (computer science, software, systems, or related field of study)
  • 3+ years of experience with embedded software in the Automotive Industry or Consumer Electronics
  • 2+ years of experience as Product Owner or Team Lead experience
  • Interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a positive approach to challenge
  • Cross-functional interests, ambitious, and self-driven. Adaptive, comfortable with ambiguity
  • Ability to effectively manage several projects at once
