About the Role

The Guest Service Representative is the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. This role requires a high level of customer service skills, as the representative will be responsible for answering phones, checking guests in and out, fulfilling guest requests, and communicating with other team members.

The Guest Service Representative must be able to multitask, handle multiple requests at once, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. They must also be able to respond to guest service issues in a confident and compassionate manner, taking ownership of the situation and ensuring that our guests are taken care of.

This role may also involve shuttling guests to and from the airport or local restaurants during a shift.

About You

We are looking for a positive and team-oriented individual who is able to work flexible hours, including weekends. The ideal candidate must be able to adapt to changing situations, remain composed under pressure, and maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor.

A valid driver's license and evidence of insurability are required for this role. We also require a clean driving record that meets our current insurance carrier guidelines.
