We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Saxon Global. As a key member of our Product Development Excellence, Quality and Cost team, you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve product development success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with internal teams and practitioners to develop, deploy, train, and support users on processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams located globally to understand their requirements, document those, and work with IT to develop enhancements for the tools.
  • Collaborate with process and application owners on projects to highlight insights related to product development application usage, deployment, and other areas.
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis, data processing, and data visualization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Motivated self-starter with strong technical skills and a desire to learn and develop leadership skills.
  • Practical, working knowledge of Product Development and Quality.
  • Good coaching and communication skills, with the ability to build cooperative working relationships with a wide range of audiences.
  • Efficient time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge/experience in product development standards.
  • Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, or Lean Manufacturing would be beneficial.
Preferred Skills
