About the Role:

As a Residential Treatment Assistant at Recovery Solutions, you will play a vital role in providing front-line support to residents and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment. This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the underserved.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. You will be responsible for assisting in implementing the Integrated Care Plan, promoting and maintaining a therapeutic milieu, collaborating with Educational and Vocational Instructors, and participating in behavior committee meetings. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assists in implementing the Integrated Care Plan
  • Promotes and maintains a therapeutic milieu
  • Collaborates with Educational and Vocational Instructors
  • Participates in behavior committee meetings
  • Observes, intervenes, and documents resident behavior
  • Maintains accurate logs and reports

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required. A Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work or criminal justice field preferred. Direct care experience in a mental health or forensic mental facility preferred. Healthcare, mental health or human services experience a plus. Salary range $45,000 - $60,000 per year depending on location and experience.
