We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to manage patient scheduling, check-in, and check-out processes. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and surgeries for patients.
  • Verify patient demographics.
  • Collect co-pays.
  • Perform insurance verifications, authorizations, referrals, and worker's comp tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a medical office is necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with EPIC or other EMR systems is beneficial.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
