  • Baggage Tracing and Resolution: Utilize advanced systems, such as World Tracer, to efficiently locate and resolve baggage issues, including creating, amending, and closing AHL, DPR, and OHD files.
  • Customer Communication: Provide exceptional customer service by proactively and reactively communicating with passengers to address their concerns and resolve issues.
  • Baggage Clearance and Delivery: Expedite and clear baggage through US Customs, arrange local and FedEx deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory of OHD baggage.
  • Lost and Found Management: Register lost and found items in World Tracer, maintain documentation, and follow up with passengers to ensure seamless resolution.
  • Bag Room and Pier Maintenance: Conduct daily sweeps of the bag room and departure pier to identify and action left behind or late-received interline baggage.
  • System Updates and Notifications: Send World Tracer forwarding messages for expedited bags and respond promptly to emails, telexes, and other communication channels.
Required Skills:
  • Mathematical Accuracy: Possess basic math skills to accurately process transactions and maintain records.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift, push, pull, and carry up to 70 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Develop strong relationships with passengers and management through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in computer systems and software, with a focus on World Tracer and other relevant tools.
Required Experience:
