Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Program Administrator II - Accounts Payable to join our team at North Carolina Jobs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the accounts payable process, including processing invoices, paying bills, and reconciling statements
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
