Job Title: Army Civilian Talent Management Project Manager

Arcetyp LLC is a leading provider of consulting services to the US Federal Government, US Military, and Commercial clients. We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead business development activities for our IT Services and Cyber Security team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled project manager to oversee the development and implementation of Army Civilian talent management programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing oversight and guidance to personnel assigned to the project, as well as conducting bi-weekly program reviews with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Army Civilian talent management programs across four core functions: acquire, develop, employ, and retain.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to personnel assigned to the project.
  • Conduct bi-weekly program reviews with clients.
  • Travel to Washington, DC and Chicago, IL as required.
Requirements:
  • Must be a US citizen.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Master's degree and five years of experience supporting the Department of Defense.
  • Extensive knowledge of Army Staff operations, including talent management life cycle areas.
  • Secret Clearance.
