As the Talent Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing key employee development programs, including employee performance development, succession planning, career pathing, talent profiles, and leadership development.

This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of talent development programming and a passion for fostering employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the subject matter expert for the Performance Development program (PDS).
  • Lead the optimization and expansion of PDS through training and coaching to ensure effective goal setting, execution, and evaluation.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute succession planning frameworks.
  • Identify key positions and critical skill sets, ensuring succession plans are in place for business continuity.
  • Align succession planning efforts with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
  • Provide guidance and coaching on career mapping and ensure career pathing is integrated into other talent programs, including talent acquisition, PDS/CDS (Career Development System), and learning & development.
  • Collaborate with HR, department heads, and managers to identify high-potential employees and key development areas.
  • Train managers and HR partners on the talent review process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • ~5+ years relevant experience in talent development programs
  • ~ Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing talent development programs
  • ~ Experience leading talent development programs including: talent development reviews, talent succession planning and employee career development discussions
  • ~ Knowledge of performance management principles and program execution
  • ~ Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
