Job Description/Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our talent development programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing employee development initiatives, including performance development, succession planning, and career pathing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performance Development: Design and implement a performance development program that aligns with our company's strategic objectives.
  • Succession Planning: Develop and execute succession planning frameworks to ensure business continuity and identify key positions and critical skill sets.
  • Career Pathing: Design and implement career pathing frameworks to support employee growth and development.
  • Talent Development & High-Potential Identification: Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify high-potential employees and key development areas.
  • Talent Reviews: Lead talent review processes to assess employee skills, performance, and potential.
Qualifications/Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in talent development programs
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing talent development programs
  • Experience leading talent development programs, including talent development reviews, succession planning, and employee career development discussions
  • Knowledge of performance management principles and program execution
  • Familiarity with career pathing approaches
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to drive results in a complex, high-growth company
