Experienced CNC Machinist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our team at Aludyne, a leading manufacturer of aluminum knuckles. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts, ensuring continuous operation of the production area, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate CNC Machines: Safely and efficiently operate CNC lathes and other production equipment to produce high-quality parts.
- Quality Control: Perform production quality checks to ensure that parts meet quality standards.
- Maintenance and Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Inventory Management: Perform inventory scanning and tracking activities related to the production work cell.
- Reporting and Documentation: Fill out daily production reports and maintain accurate records of production activities.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with quality control gauges, understanding of machine setup sheets, and ability to use basic gauging and measuring equipment.
- Communication and Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicate with colleagues and supervisors, and participate in training and development activities.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for long periods of time, and lift, push, and pull heavy objects up to 55 pounds regularly.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, and prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
