Position Details:
FTE: .9, Shift: Day, Schedule: rotating weekends, 12-hour shifts, floating between inpatient units.

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled cardiac staff RN to contribute to our MultiCare Health System team. This role involves supporting various departments and is an excellent opportunity to apply your specialized training and nursing expertise within a multidisciplinary framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and continuously evaluating care.
  • Utilize your nursing education and experience to provide care in accordance with hospital policies and protocols.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to enhance the quality of care, patient experience, and cost efficiency.
  • Encourage a learning environment for patients, families, nursing staff, and healthcare team members.
  • Advocate for ethical and holistic care, promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse backgrounds.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS).
  • Current BLS Certification required.
  • ACLS, NALS, PALS, TNCC, or NRP certification as required by the facility or department.
  • Certification in a specialty area preferred.
  • Three (3) years of recent experience in an acute care setting.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, retirement benefits, and paid time off. The compensation range for this position is $82.29 USD. Pay is influenced by various factors, including skill set, experience level, and certifications. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will reflect the appropriate step on the pay scale based on the applicant's years of experience.
