Role Overview
In this role, you will utilize your specialized care plans and act as an innovator in patient care. You will shape exceptional patient experiences daily, leveraging your expertise and advanced technology to enhance patient outcomes.

- Commitment-incentive bonus ranging from $10,000 to $25,000 based on experience

Qualifications
Applicants must hold a current state RN license and possess either a bachelor's or associate degree from an accredited nursing institution. Additional qualifications include:
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Preferred: Bilingual skills, particularly in English and Spanish, and the ability to work with a diverse population
Department Overview
The role of a Registered Nurse involves performing and coordinating comprehensive nursing care for patients, engaging in patient and family education, and providing leadership by collaborating with ancillary nursing staff and other healthcare personnel to uphold professional nursing standards. A key attribute for this position is exceptional interpersonal customer service, characterized by a positive attitude, warm demeanor, and utmost respect for patients, families, and colleagues.
- Emergency Department: 9 Beds
- Medical/Surgical & ICU: 25 Beds
- Observation Unit: 2 Beds
