- Commitment-incentive bonus ranging from $10,000 to $25,000 based on experience

Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants must hold a current state RN license and possess either a bachelor's or associate degree from an accredited nursing institution. Additional qualifications include:
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Preferred: Bilingual candidates, particularly English-Spanish speakers, with the ability to work with diverse populations
Department Overview
The role of a Registered Nurse encompasses the coordination of comprehensive nursing care for patients, involvement in patient and family education, and providing leadership by collaborating with ancillary nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to uphold standards of nursing practice. A key requirement for this position is exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by a positive attitude, warm demeanor, and a deep respect for our patients, families, and colleagues.
