Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Creator and Social Media Strategist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for elevating our brand's presence across various social media platforms, creating engaging content, and overseeing the production of multimedia materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand's voice and visual identity. This includes capturing stunning photography and videography, as well as acting as on-screen talent when needed.
  • Social Media Management: Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth. This includes creating and managing a posting schedule, monitoring social media channels, and engaging with our audience.
  • Content Calendar Management and Production: Develop and maintain a content calendar that outlines the schedule for content creation and posting across all platforms. This includes coordinating with external freelancers and team members to ensure seamless content production and delivery.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Content Creator with a video emphasis, preferably with experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Manager.
  • Proficiency in photography and videography, with the ability to operate a camera, establish and adjust lighting, and use editing software.
  • Strong on-screen presence and ability to deliver engaging content.
  • Expertise in social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok, as well as social media management tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset, with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with analytics tools to measure and report on content performance.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, and project management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working post-college.
