Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct size adjustments for bras and intimate apparel, ensuring accuracy in measurements and superior craftsmanship.
  • Partner with the design team to implement pattern modifications and fit enhancements, guaranteeing product excellence and uniformity.
  • Collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams to foster innovation and enhance operational productivity.
  • Leverage Flex PLM and Smartsheet for project management and to enforce quality assurance protocols that align with company benchmarks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in size adjustment and technical design, specifically in bras and intimate clothing.
  • Expertise in Lectra Modaris and BrowZwear V-stitcher (3D).
  • Familiarity with Flex PLM and Smartsheet is advantageous.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong dedication to quality standards.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
