Sales Support Rotational Program Specialist

Program Highlights:
- Participate in a 24-month rotational program that combines structured training and on-the-job experience
- Gain industry knowledge and enhance communication and presentation skills
- Develop analytical skills and learn to review reporting practices
- Collaborate with experienced professionals and mentors
- Build relationships within a close-knit community of peers
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sales support and address customer needs through timely and effective interaction resolution
- Build agent sales success and loyalty through regular interaction and resource navigation
- Interact with sales agents via various communication channels, including inbound calls, chats, and emails
- Other duties and projects as assigned by business management
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (or obtained degree within 24 months prior to position start date)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualification:
- Work or volunteer experience in sales, customer service, healthcare, or health insurance
