About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Applied Science Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of cutting-edge GenAI technologies that will revolutionize the way we provide support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of scientists and engineers to design, develop, and deploy GenAI models that improve customer support experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI technologies into our support platforms.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction through GenAI innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in GenAI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation in our support solutions.
Requirements
  • PhD or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
  • 6+ years of experience in building machine learning models for business applications.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing scientists or machine learning engineers.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, and information retrieval.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
