We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team and help build industry-leading technology that cuts across a wide range of AI/ML techniques. As a key driver in designing and building live production systems from AI/ML prototypes, you will have the opportunity to lead, invent, and design tech that will directly impact every customer across all AWS services.

What You'll Do


You will have the opportunity to design and build live production systems from AI/ML prototypes, lead, invent, and design tech that will directly impact every customer across all AWS services. You will work safely and cooperatively with other employees, supervisors, and staff, adhere to standards of excellence despite stressful conditions, communicate effectively and respectfully with employees, supervisors, and staff to ensure exceptional customer service, and follow all federal, state, and local laws and Company policies.


Requirements


We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience, 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture of new and existing systems experience, and experience programming with at least one software programming language. Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, a Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, and experience building AI/ML applications.


Compensation


Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company, and dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
