Software Development Manager, AWS Support, Cloud Innovator

Kumo, the global product and engineering organization for AWS Support, is seeking a talented Software Development Manager to lead the development of critical services that empower AWS customers to reach support resources.
As a key member of the Kumo team, you will be responsible for setting the vision for your team and driving execution towards that vision. You will maintain a high operational bar, ensuring the security and availability of your product, while hiring and developing top engineers and partnering with product leaders to innovate and delight customers.
