We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of all facility equipment, machinery, and building systems at our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement proactive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and reliability of all equipment and machinery.
- Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department, including scheduling, training, and supervision of maintenance staff.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement improvements to existing maintenance processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain an inventory of spare parts and equipment to ensure prompt repairs and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and safety teams to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Plan and coordinate major repair and renovation projects, including budget preparation and vendor selection.
- Develop and maintain detailed maintenance records, including equipment history and maintenance logs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance management in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS software.
