Job Summary

We are seeking a Seasonal Inbound Sales and Guest Service Team Member to join our team. As a Seasonal Inbound Sales and Guest Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, maintaining a safe and clean store environment, and supporting the sales floor with a focus on driving sales and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment by adhering to all safety and security procedures and protocols.
  • Support the sales floor by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Drive sales and achieve business objectives by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, and by providing guests with product recommendations and solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional guest service.

  • Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
  • Able to accurately handle cash register operations.
  • Able to climb up and down ladders.
  • Able to scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
