Customer Experience Representative

At Airgas, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Strategic Accounts team, you will be responsible for managing an account portfolio and assisting in account reconciliation for the collection of all monies due from customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage an account portfolio and assist in account reconciliation to ensure timely payments.
- Resolve customer account issues, including past due invoices, to ensure timely payments.
- Initiate the review, research, and resolution of receivables to determine problem accounts, doubtful accounts, and write-offs.
- Proactively interact with customers to reduce the maintenance of small dollar value accounts.
- Prepare reports and present for review with internal customers, including Sales and Finance.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable reports to analyze the paying habits of customers who are delinquent in payment of an account.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Two years of prior accounts receivable or back office experience.
- Associate's degree or higher education may be substituted in lieu of experience.
- Proficiency in utilizing new technology and software applications, including ERP Systems (SAP), Google applications, and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to perform analysis of accounts receivable related issues.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with external customers, internal branch personnel, and all levels of management.
