Job Overview

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Manager to join our Global Certification, Assurance and Trust Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing certification strategies for our products, ensuring alignment with business and product imperatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, with a focus on certification and compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Engineering, to drive certification strategies and execute on key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement certification strategies for Palo Alto Networks products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive certification initiatives
  • Work closely with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment with business and product imperatives
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of NIST requirements and FedRAMP authorization processes
  • Drive FedRAMP audit and Continuous Monitoring engineering activities
  • Develop and maintain a solid technical understanding of the product line to communicate effectively with consultants, certification agencies, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in technology-focused FedRAMP risk assessments and remediation management
  • At least 3 years of experience with FedRAMP and Continuous Monitoring
  • At least 3 years of experience in systems administration for Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with SSP development and a strong understanding of complex technical security architectures
  • Ability to work effectively in a distributed environment with multiple teams working on different problems
  • Curious, positive, and transparent attitude with a strong desire to make a meaningful impact
