Job Title: Homecare Services Coordinator

At Comfort Keepers, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Homecare Services Coordinator to join our team in Lincoln, RI. As a Homecare Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the client experience from their first visit through the continuity of their care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and monitor ongoing caregiver and client relationships through proactive management of the client schedule.
  • Select and distribute work among our caregiver staff based on skills, performance, and client needs.
  • Facilitate communication between caregivers and clients to ensure all client needs are met.
  • Identify and resolve potential client issues that may arise.
  • Ensure the office has adequate staffing levels and availability to service potential clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience with experience in scheduling in client care or scheduling preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and outstanding people management skills.
  • Must be able to work under time pressures and manage multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and written/verbal communication.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to spend extended periods on the phone.
  • A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with the ability to pass a background check (including motor vehicle records check).

Position Physical Demands:

Walking, sitting, and standing; lifting is not expected to exceed 25 pounds in weight. Extended time at a computer work screen and on the telephone. Office and fieldwork are both required.
