About the Role:
Pape' Machinery, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Territory Manager to join their sales team. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for selling a full line of John Deere Ag equipment and allied products to new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell John Deere Ag equipment and allied products to customers in your assigned territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales and customer service processes
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a commission-based role
- Knowledge of agriculture equipment or ag industry experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
