As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will be a vital part of our team, working under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your primary role will involve delivering direct, individualized therapy sessions to clients, utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

The core responsibility of a Behavior Technician is to engage in one-on-one interactions with clients. Your efforts will empower clients to develop essential life skills, enhance their ability to communicate effectively, and foster self-advocacy. This role transcends typical childcare; it is a profound opportunity to facilitate meaningful growth in clients' lives. You will assist clients in mastering socially significant behaviors, managing challenging situations, and cultivating social interactions.

Qualifications:
