We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering behavior-analytic services and supporting individuals with Autism in achieving their goals. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver behavior-analytic services to individuals with Autism
  • Collect and record data on programming
  • Maintain professional interactions with families and clients
  • Assist with pick-up and drop-off of clients
  • Adhere to behavior intervention plans and protocols

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance
  • Effective time management and communication skills
  • Commitment to ongoing training and development
  • Ability to pass a background check

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, kneel, spin, crawl, bend to floor, squat, run, climb stairs, reach, grab, push, and pull
  • Ability to see, feel, hear, and speak
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
