Sales Cycle Manager

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Cycle Manager to join our team in La Jolla, California. As an Associate Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the legal industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities in the legal industry, targeting small to medium-sized law firms.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, video, and social media to understand their needs and how Lawmatics can meet them.
- Conduct product demos to prospective customers, both individually and in groups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1+ years of outbound sales experience in SaaS and professional services, or 3+ years of SDR experience with a proven track record of success.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience with CRM and sales prospecting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
