Revenue Cycle Management Lead

The Revenue Cycle Management Lead will oversee and optimize the entire revenue cycle process, ensuring accurate and timely billing, coding, and collections. This includes managing a team of professionals, collaborating with various departments, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the completion of revenue cycle projects and maintain ongoing initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders such as Product, Finance, and Client Experience.
- Analyze data to prioritize projects and manage daily throughput of the internal revenue cycle team and external vendors.
- Provide guidance and oversee weekly revenue cycle team meetings, aligning team and individual goals with organizational objectives.
- Serve as a resource for the revenue cycle team, troubleshooting complex issues and offering guidance on next steps.
The estimated salary for this role is $93,600 - $100,000.
