Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage floor operations, ensuring seamless service delivery to clients and guests.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering and receiving shipments.
  • Coordinate with clients and corporate headquarters to meet multiple demands and instructions.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage human resources, including scheduling and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) assigned by the District Manager.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant management experience.
  • Cultural sensitivity and situational awareness.
  • Deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Bilingual, English and Spanish.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $85,000.00-$95,000.00/Annual.
