Aerotek is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the mechanical assembly of small-scale products, electrical wiring, and testing of parts in the roller grill department.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assemble small-scale products to be shipped out to end users
- Perform electrical wiring and testing of parts
- Ensure that your line is producing the required number of units
- Use hand and power tools to complete tasks
**Requirements**
- Manufacturing or Industrial experience preferred
- Ability to lift 30 lbs unassisted
- Hand and power tool usage

**Work Environment**
Aerotek runs a 4-10's schedule with a 1st and a 3rd shift. The 3rd shift starts on Monday night to allow employees to spend full weekends with their families. The shifts are 5:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (unpaid lunch for days) and 7:00 p.m. - 5:00 a.m. (paid lunch for nights). Most areas require 40-45 hours per week.
