Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Replenishment and Inventory Management to join our team at US Foods, Inc. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for leading the replenishment and inventory management functions for our Area, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the replenishment and inventory management teams to achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, DC Operations, and Transportation, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage and coach a team of Replenishment Leads, Buyers, and Operations Support Specialists to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Area Leadership, Replenishment Center of Excellence, and National Sales Support Team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, inventory management, and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to synthesize complex data and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
