Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill this part-time position in our Back of House/Receiving team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Receiving Associates and supporting the Retail Stocking Team Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading Receiving Associates and coordinating daily tasks
- Maintaining a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor
- Ensuring associate compliance with company policies and standards
- Providing coaching and recognition to associates
What You'll Need
- 2+ years of experience in retail or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for long periods
