Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage water and wastewater projects, including master plans, detailed planning studies, and design development.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project goals and objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in water and wastewater engineering, including design, permitting, and construction.
  • Develop and maintain healthy client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
  • 10-15 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, with a focus on project management and technical leadership.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure required.
  • Strong technical skills and experience in water and wastewater engineering, including design, permitting, and construction.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
