Join Our Team as a Project Engineer in Water Resources

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical tasks on water resource projects, including distribution and collection system modeling, asset management, stream restoration, green infrastructure, and facility designs.
  • Stay current on industry standards and regulations, ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with our diverse team of experts to deliver projects that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10 years of progressively increasing responsibility experience in water resources, including managing projects and proposal writing.
  • Familiarity with hydraulic/hydrologic modeling of water distribution, wastewater, stormwater systems.
  • Experience with aging and complex water and wastewater infrastructure design considerations in Tennessee.
  • Experience in stormwater/water/wastewater infrastructure assessment, land planning, sustainability, design, and implementation in Tennessee.
  • Proficient understanding of asset management and pipeline design hydraulics, inspection, condition assessment, and repair/rehabilitation design.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
