Director of Quality and Performance Improvement

Victory Addiction Recovery Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Quality and Performance Improvement to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and performance in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management and compliance processes to ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead a team of quality professionals to ensure effective and efficient department operations.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of quality and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet quality and performance standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including licensure, certification, and accreditation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Human Services field required. Master's degree in Human Services preferred.
  • Three or more years' experience in Quality Management, PI role, facility licensure, survey and credentialing process required. Experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
  • Experience with TJC and/or CARF accreditation and regulatory audits preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance.
  • Professional clinical license issued by the appropriate licensing body as required by the state.
  • CPR and de-escalation certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
