Job Title: Benefits Manager

Job Summary:

The Crosby Company is seeking a highly skilled Benefits Manager to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing first-in-class benefits and leave programs for our diverse employers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive benefits programs, including health and welfare benefits, leave policies, and compensation plans.
  • Administer benefits systems, plans, and programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Communicate benefits information to employees, including onboarding and open enrollment processes.
  • Lead the process for benefits-related requests for proposals and vendor negotiations.
  • Conduct analytics and reporting on benefits data to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of experience in benefits administration, including experience with diverse client groups.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, benefits regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
