Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Develop, maintain, and deepen client relationships by delivering a personalized approach that fosters trust and loyalty.
- Strategic Advising: Collaborate with financial advisors to understand each client’s unique financial goals and proactively suggest solutions.
- Portfolio Oversight: Monitor clients’ portfolios and ensure alignment with their investment objectives, financial plans, and risk tolerance.
- Client Service Excellence: Respond to client inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a seamless experience by providing timely and accurate information.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the client experience and streamline service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years in client relationship management or wealth management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Licensing: Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65) licenses required.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
