About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Therapy Smarts, Inc. As a key member of our ABA program, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive intervention plans for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ABA programs for young children and adolescents
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Autism Service Team members
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective service delivery
  • Foster a positive team culture and support agency culture/morale
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in ABA, including comprehensive intervention development and implementation
  • 2 years of experience with BT or RBT supervisory experience
  • Experience in training, mentoring, and supporting a team in an intensive treatment environment
