Community Development Manager

Old National Bank is seeking a Community Development Manager to lead our community outreach and partnership development efforts in assigned markets. This role will focus on building and maintaining key community partnerships and promoting financial education and empowerment in underserved areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead community outreach and partnership development efforts in assigned markets.
- Assess community needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with internal partners to execute outreach and community development initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, non-profit organizations, and government entities.
- Monitor and track community outreach efforts and impacts.
- 3 years of community outreach/engagement experience.
- Established community connections and referral sources.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) knowledge.
- Understanding of community development lending, investments, and services.
