We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at East Carolina Home Care. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality personal care services to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide courteous and safe personal care services to clients, as defined by the North Carolina Department of Facilities.
  • Comply with agency policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
  • Record and report changes in client condition, family situation, or needs to the RN.
Requirements
  • Nurse Aide Level I or higher certification and a current listing card with the N.C. Division of Facility Services.
  • Must provide own means of transportation to patient assignments.
  • High School or High School equivalent diploma.
  • Physical condition that conforms to state and federal requirements and the requirements of the job.
  • A compassionate and concerned attitude regarding the care of the sick and elderly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Working Conditions

Work environment will be in patient homes with varying degrees of sanitary, comfort, and functional conditions. Visits will be done alone, and travel on a variety of roads into various community or neighborhoods may be required.
