Customer Service Representative

At Great American Media, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Member Services Representative Tier 1 to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our members through phone and chat interactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a high volume of customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Utilize communication scripts to handle various topics and provide accurate solutions to member queries.
- Identify member needs, clarify information, and research every issue to provide satisfactory answers and solutions.
- Build rapport with members quickly, going the extra mile to ease concerns and meet needs.
- Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using products or services.
- Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing and other account items.
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
- Collaborate with other Member Services professionals to improve customer service.
- Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- High school diploma required.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Must have Customer Service experience, preferably in a call center, face-to-face, or chat environment.
- Detail-oriented and quick learner.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to sell (save accounts) and build rapport.
- Able to multitask under pressure and maintain customer focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
