Elementary School Inclusion Specialist

ResponsibilitiesAs an Elementary School Inclusion Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students
- Collaborating with teachers and other educators to ensure seamless instruction and support
- Providing small group instruction and differentiated teaching methods to promote student growth
- Working closely with administrators and coaches to drive performance improvement
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and communicating regularly with parents and stakeholders
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be expected to develop and administer assessments, instruct students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and participate in IEP meetings.
RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you must have an active Tennessee teaching license for the applicable grade and subject level. A strong commitment to student success and a passion for education are essential qualities for this role.
