Dependability, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit are also essential attributes for a Patient Access Representative.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Preferred: At least one year of experience in patient access, hospital registration, medical office operations, billing and collections, or a related customer service role.
