About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Liaison to join our team at MCM & Associates. As a Clinical Liaison, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with referral sources in hospitals and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to secure new referrals and build census.
  • Conduct initial meetings with patients and families to provide an overview of hospice services and obtain consents for care.
  • Coordinate the referral process with the admission and intake team to ensure a smooth admission.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral sources.
  • Provide input in strategic planning by identifying opportunities for additional or improved services to meet unmet needs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of community resources and assist referral sources in accessing community resources.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare preferred.
  • Current LVN license.
  • Minimum one year of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
  • One to two years of experience in hospice/palliative marketing.
