Quality Control Technician

WilsonHCG is seeking a skilled Quality Control Technician to join our team in Portsmouth, NH.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Inspection: Conduct thorough visual and microscopic inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and final products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document and report all assigned tasks, including quality inspection results and any issues encountered.
  • SAP System Utilization: Effectively use the SAP system to record and track quality control data.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries regarding inspected products and provide timely resolutions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, and ISO regulations, and ensure adherence to these standards in daily work.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the QA team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance quality control processes and procedures.
  • Support to QA Team: Provide support to other QA team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and delivery of satisfactory customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Quality Regulations: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all applicable quality regulations, guidelines, and standards.
  • QC Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations of nonconformances and customer requests.
