Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Strategy Leadership: Develop and implement the overall quality strategy for the asset, aligning with customer Quality Agreements, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and direction to QA staff, acting as a point of escalation for customer inquiries and issues.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to quality processes, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with company goals.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner with internal stakeholders, including MSAT, Manufacturing, Engineering, QC, Validation, and Supply Chain, to assess and resolve higher-risk issues.
  • Meeting Participation: Attend and/or co-chair Change Control Committee, Deviations Review Board, and CAPA Board meetings, ensuring effective decision-making and issue resolution.
  • Quality Metrics Management: Manage and track Key Performance Indicating Quality Metrics, including monthly/quarterly deviation trending reports, to inform senior site management.
  • Lot Release/Disposition: Perform Lot Release/Disposition activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality assurance, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive process improvements.
